We are seeking a quality-focused Finishing Inspector. This position involves inspecting product while operating various slitting and rewinding machinery to prepare rolls of labels for shipment.

Job Responsibility Summary

• Show up on time for your scheduled shift and accurately punch in and out of the time clock.
• Verify all information on each job ticket before processing to ensure that the product matches the parameters listed.
• Perform setup of the equipment following machine operating instructions and job ticket parameters.
• Carefully inspect each run, replacing missing labels, removing splices and flagged material.
• Make all splices top quality and appropriate for the job and application method.
• Properly annotate pertinent information on the job ticket.
• Accurately enter required information into the computer system.
• Purge area of all materials from previous runs before processing new orders.
• Responsible for daily general maintenance of equipment and adherence to preventive maintenance schedules.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned

• Noise, Strobe lighting (relevant PPE will be provided).

Shift

Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 3:00pm or 8:00am – 4:30pm, This is a 40 hour a week position. Overtime when required and weekends as needed.

Pay

• $16.00 – $22.00 hourly, depends on skills and experience.
